1. bet365 com can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
2. bet365 com can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
3. bet365 com can tell us if bet365 com do not want to receive a hard copy of the annual report. 

You will always be able to access Monadelphous' annual reports, notices of meeting and other bet365 com documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.
